About Me

My name is Samuel Fogal. For over 20 years, I successfully ran Fogal Realty—purchasing properties, fully renovating them, and managing them as rental units throughout Blair County. Over the years, I worked extensively with government funding programs, city inspectors, and hundreds of tenants. That experience has given me a deep, practical understanding of every aspect of the rental property business — from compliance and inspections to tenant relations and property maintenance.

 

After two decades of building a strong reputation in the local real estate market, I sold my rental portfolio and stepped into retirement. But it didn’t take long to realize that running a business and helping property owners is where my true passion lies.

 

Today, I bring that same hands-on experience and dedication to my new venture: professional property maintenance and management services for local landlords.
